CMiC’s Commitment to our Customers and Staff in Response to COVID-19

The health and welfare of our customers and our team members are our highest priority as we actively monitor, adapt to and manage through the COVID-19 pandemic.

To that end, we have deployed and tested business continuity protocols that allow CMiC to continue operating with as little disruption as possible as we adapt to the restrictions implemented by national, regional and local governments as well as the health risks created by the pandemic. Specifically:

  • All CMiC teams have been fully equipped to work remotely as we continue to stress test our protocols and capabilities. Our technology, systems and data are secure and fully available. As valued customers, you should be assured that that your Account or Project Managers are all very much engaged in orchestrating all ongoing work for you.
  • We have implemented – and will update, as required – protocols for our personnel who have recently travelled or who may become ill. We have restricted business travel and are monitoring all personal travel to identify and minimize risks.
  • We are working with customers to ensure that ongoing implementation projects proceed as scheduled while ensuring the safety of all customer and CMiC staff involved. Any training or consulting engagements scheduled onsite can also be effectively conducted remotely using video conferencing and secure remote system access technologies, as we have done successfully over the past several years.

As a result of these and several other measures we have put in place, we anticipate minimal impact to your business from the social distancing protocols being adopted worldwide. At the same time, we understand that the situation is highly dynamic. We will provide continuous updates on CMiC and our operations through our customer support portal and other communications channels. CMiC will continue to meet your needs effectively while ensuring a safe and productive working environment for all.
