Integration Summary

This advanced integration between SiteSense® and CMiC Cloud R12 allows construction professionals to identify incoming deliveries and process goods receipts in the field using the SiteSense Web and Mobile applications. Providing mobility to the digital delivery verification process to assist Procurement in closing the loop for vendor payment by creating Registered Invoices in CMiC. SiteSense users can continue utilizing the platform to manage inventory, process digital field requests and issuance to the field for installation.

Dataflow Chart

  • Seamlessly connect CMiC projects and item master records to SiteSense projects and part numbers.

  • Process receiving and defect reports for material deliveries on a mobile device against Purchase Order quantities.

  • Material receipts and resolved deficiencies sync to CMiC as Registered Invoices closing the loop for vendor payment.

License Requirements

  • An active SiteSense subscription is required to utilize the integration with CMiC, contact inquiries@inteliwavetechnologies.com for more information.

  • CMiC users will need to contact CMiC support to request their Tenant ID, UserID, Password and API URL while providing Read-Only access to Projects, Item Master, Purchase Orders, Purchase Order Revisions and Administrator access to Registered Invoices.
