PMxchange™: A Revolutionary Approach to Construction Interoperability

Built for General and Specialty Contractors

PMxchange™ enables the flawless exchange of project data across disparate systems in use by general contractors, specialty contractors, as well as owners.

PMxchange removes the need for manual data entry, enabling project teams using third-party Project Management systems like Procore or Autodesk to effortlessly sync critical RFIs, submittals, and attachments with CMiC CONSTRUCT™ Project Management (PM). By automating this process, companies minimize errors, boost efficiency, and ensure compliance with owner-mandated platforms.

Essential Elements of Data Exchange

  • Documents

  • Project Number

  • Request for Information (RFIs)

  • Submittals

PMxchange uses server-to-server authentication flow. Enterprise customers receive secure dedicated access, while Cloud customers receive dedicated access within a shared environment.

To access the PMxchange integration, customers will use their unique login credentials (Client ID + Secret) from the source Project Management system to authenticate. On connect, this triggers their credentials to be securely verified in PMxchange, allowing them access to the integration and data exchange.

PMxchange Architecture

PMxchange: Procore Integration with CMiC CONSTRUCT Project Management

PMxchange™ seamlessly integrates with Procore, ensuring smooth flow of project communications and documentation into CMiC CONSTRUCT™ PM.
