Integration with Kofax Transformation Modules Extraction (OCR)
CMiC utilizes Kofax Transformation Modules to automate the extraction of structured and semi-structured documents, specifically, AP invoices and pay requests. With this integration, users are able to go from scanning to electronic approval with very little user interaction. The aim of this integration is to significantly automate data entry.
How it works:
- Scan or email AP invoices and pay requests into Kofax extraction workflows
- Validate OCR extraction data with real-time information during review
- Through automation, create CMiC objects, such as AP invoices, without manual input
