CMiC Integration Adapters

CMiC has partnered with Bluebeam, which offers centralized project management in the cloud. With this integration, CMiC users can tap into Bluebeam’s capabilities for easy, real-time document mark-up.

How it works

• Initiate Studio sessions from CMiC objects, such as submittals
• Select documents and attendees in CMiC and start a Studio session in Bluebeam
• Close out Bluebeam Studio session in CMiC. New and revised documents from the Studio session get stored in CMiC and automatically updated across both systems.

This integration helps companies streamline the management of payments and reconciliation, so they don’t have to change their existing AP workflows.

CMiC has partnered with DocuSign to help construction firms automate how they prepare, sign and manage documents in CMiC. As part of the DocuSign eSignature workflow, customers can orchestrate an electronic signature workflow without leaving CMiC.

CMiC utilizes Kofax Transformation Modules to automate the extraction of structured and semi-structured documents, specifically, AP invoices and pay requests. With this integration, users are able to go from scanning to electronic approval with very little user interaction. The aim of this integration is to significantly automate data entry.

• Scan or email AP invoices and pay requests into Kofax extraction workflows
• Validate OCR extraction data with real-time information during review
• Through automation, create CMiC objects, such as AP invoices, without manual input
