Bio:

As President & CEO of CMiC since 2002, Rawlins has overall responsibility for crafting and implementing the company’s overall business and product strategies. He joined CMiC in 1989 as Team Lead, responsible for managing the design, development and release of the company’s first Oracle-based construction management software solution. During his early tenure with CMiC, Rawlins implemented over two hundred Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems at numerous construction firms throughout North America. His leadership and technical expertise has been instrumental in guiding CMiC into a new era of product innovation and profitable growth.

Bio:

Steve Cangiano is CMiC’s Vice President of Product. He is responsible for overseeing the Product Management department and their goal to deliver reliable and well-designed software for CMiC’s customers. Joining CMiC in 2013, Steve started his career in Pre-sales (Solutions) before being moving on to his first Product Management role focusing on CMiC’s Mobile Field app. He enjoys meeting with customers to map out new features that can help make their workflow more efficient and capture better data.

Bio:

Joining CMiC as a Solutions expert in 2014, Chet Kuchyt quickly transitioned to the Product Management team where he began his journey in developing the business strategy for Project Controls. His key responsibilities include strategy development, product management and working with the product development team to help deliver high-impact demonstrations of our Project Management Controls Modules and Mobile applications.

Bio:

Imran joined CMiC 25 years ago as Senior Oracle Programmer. He is currently a Product Manager, responsible for the full lifecycle of the HCM application. Prior to joining CMiC, Imran worked as a programmer/DBA at Pyramid Technologies and had previously held roles with GlaxoSmithKline Inc., ICL and Lever Brothers. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Karachi. In addition, he holds a Diploma in Oracle DBA and Computer Programming.

Bio:

Maheen joined CMiC in 2000 as a support representative. With over 20 years of experience in Payroll and HR, she now serves as an Assistant Product Manager, helping with strategy development for the HCM product line. Additional responsibilities include programming schedules, facilitating client meetings and delivering a seamless implementation of the HCM application. From an educational background perspective, Maheen completed her post-secondary education at the University of Karachi, where she acquired a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Bio:

Nick first joined CMiC as a Product Analyst in October 2019, moving into his current role in July. Nick takes great satisfaction in working with CMiC’s customers to help them solve problems and get the most out of every feature. He aims to leverage his background in psychology and his time as a Product Analyst to improve the CMiC user experience – helping customers extract more value from CMiC’s products through improved ease-of-use and more intuitive user interfaces. Going forward, Nick will be overseeing the RFIs, Submittals, Checklists & Issues modules across all platforms.

Bio:

Ofure joined CMiC in February 2019 as a Product Analyst on the Integrations team and transitioned into the ECM Strategy Manager role. Her core responsibilities involve developing strategies for the Enterprise Content Management module and translating these strategies into innovative & bespoke solutions through integrations with CMiC’s software. She is currently the Subject Matter Expert for CMiC- Pay Request. Ofure enjoys collaborating with technology partners, product development teams as well as, and cross-functional teams to drive product capabilities that align with customers’ needs and business objectives.

Ofure holds an M.Eng in Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa.

Bio:

Roy Arulthas is an Associate Product Manager at CMiC. Joining CMiC in June 2021, Roy has worked in the construction industry for the last 5+ years as a Client Representative at CBRE and JLL, and as a General Contractor at a Construction Management Firm. He is looking forward to integrating his construction experience and improving CMiC’s Drawing Management and Punch List features, as well as building relationships with CMiC’s current and future customers.

Bio:

As the Product Manager of CMiC Analytics, Yahia Kala is responsible for the performance of the analytics platform—this includes developing robust dashboards and powerful self-serve analytics tools. Yahia spent 5 years in consulting engineering and operational analytics before joining CMiC in 2021. He loves to connect with customers and software developers of his strategic developments—all to deliver his end-goal of developing the world’s best analytics tool for construction.
