Construct EVM gives users the ability to spread their Cost to Complete amount over the remaining days, weeks, and months for a specific task line to get insight on when they can expect costs to be incurred. Users will be able to break the traditional hierarchy of Job, Cost Code, and Category by allowing them to manipulate the breakdown and forecast at different levels.

On large projects achieving and maintaining, safety and quality control standards, is critical to success, but it can be challenging getting policies, programs and procedures in place. In this session, Nick Murray-Smith will be joined by Noah Harmer from Layton, to discuss the ins-and-outs of implementing a Checklist system and getting it up and running in production.

Join Chet Kuchyt, Product manager for Project Controls, as he demonstrates several new project controls enhancements such as GC Monitor -- showcasing how to create needs from period details, Subcontracts -- creating transactions for your Subcontractor default insurance; Job Costing --using cost code templates; and GCS Pay Request --setting up required documents.

This is a technical session geared towards those users who are actively seeking an honest customer’s tips and tricks on how to successfully develop and deploy CMiC integrations which support business needs. Integrations with CMiC are usually focused on data but a successful integration should also address business/operational needs. This can include interactive capabilities of the integration to allow users to review and enrich the data while in-flight.

Managing the CMiC lifecycle process to stay up to date with patch releases and utilize new feature enhancements has become very complex. Following a well-defined process with procedures for the complex steps along the way will greatly increase your ability to stay up to date with CMiC patches and available features. The purpose of this process is to provide the steps necessary to clone, patch, test, and manage tasks related to CMiC as the ERP software.

In this session, Debbie and Abigail will share how Subcontractor Prequalification and the SC Rating app can automate the prequalification process to ensure subcontractors are meeting standards and provide a rich repository for subcontractor selection while receiving feedback from project stakeholders, promoting project success through competent partnerships.

Volunteer and be a participant in our “day in the life of” style session where we will use volunteers to assist us in demonstrating typical scenarios that play out on any construction site. We will be leveraging both the Construct Crew Time and Construct PM apps as we run through the following scenarios:

In this Learning Lab we will conduct a hands-on training session demonstrating CMiC’s Lite Editor configuration and security setup. CMiC’s Lite Editor is used to create customized versions of screens for users and/or groups of users. Customizing screens via Lite Editor allows you to create personalized fields and tabs to reach a better workflow of data entry and visualization and ensure best practices for different groups of users. Ultimately, Lite Editor is the perfect tool to combine CMiC’s standard and your custom fields to best suit your needs.
